Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining safe, efficient, mission-focused day-to-day store operations aligned with mid-and long-term organizational goals, including the annual store budget and strategic plan. The Store Manager ensures excellent management of store staff, including integration of volunteers and community service.
We're looking for someone that is a compassionate leader, with a systems mind. Experience working in a leadership position in retail, non-profits, or the service industry is preferred.
This is a full time salaried position.
